For some reason I woke up not at all in a mood for breakfast. That said, it is gym day so I had to eat something. I spooned about 1/2 cup Fage 2% yogurt in a bowl then added about 6 blueberries. I also heated a Nutrisystem Cinnamon Streusel Muffin. Although an uninspiring meal it was sufficiently filling.
I walked a few blocks after gym, not a lot. Evidently I worked off my muffin and yogurt so I frothed my usual Nutrisystem Chocolate Turbo Shake with 1/2 banana. Later I polished off a cold, leftover chicken thigh from dinner last night.
I had more leftover chicken so I sliced some of it and made a half sandwich on Dave's Killer skinny bread with some mayo, salt and pepper.
I reverted to my cheesy behavior and had about 2 ounces of Gorgonzola with a few crackers.
Because of my earlier snack I heated a lone Nutrisystem Whole Wheat Ricotta Crepe entree for dinner. It didn't look very appetizing but I wasn't overly hungry. I sprinkled some freshly grated Parmesan on top which helped a little.
I had a few cashew nuts later on in the evening.
The best news is I got all my 10K steps in for the day! I've been slacking lately but today I got an extra walk in. My meals were not too exciting but I did not go hungry.
