I'm heading out for early gym day once again. I heated my old standby breakfast; the Nutrisystem Turkey Sausage and Egg Muffin. I added a slice of tomato this time but all it did was make the muffin get soggy. I'll have to try wedging it between the egg and sausage next time.
After the gym I fixed a Nutrisystem Chocolate Turbo Shake with 1/2 banana. I don't know if I was just overly tired from my workout or what but this shake made me more tired today. I feel like I've had too many carbs, maybe the banana?
I took a short walk to do some errands around 10am. When I got back I felt famished. I had a couple tablespoons of the meat left over from tacos the other night and about 1/2 ounce chunk of cheddar cheese.
I wanted to finish off the taco leftovers. I made 2 quick tacos that were just a simple corn tortilla, some leftover ground meat, cheese, a little onion, tomato and taco sauce.
I don't know why but I was totally exhausted after my workout. I only took a short walk after but I was very tired. I didn't have a snack.
I had a Nutrisystem Lasagna With Meat Sauce MRE I've been putting off eating. I heated it, covered it with some finely grated fresh Parmesan. This is not a favorite. I was too tired/lazy to even fix a salad.
Needless to say dinner was not very satisfying. I decided to eat a Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake which hit the spot.
I was oddly tired today. I did get one walk in after gym but it was not anything huge. Clearly I still did not make my step goal but I was only about 700 steps short! Hopefully it will be nicer out tomorrow and I'll get enough sleep so I don't feel so tired.
