I had late gym this morning (8am) although I had time to cook, I didn't. I spooned out 1/2 cup Fage 2% Greek yogurt in a bowl and served with a bag of Nutrisystem Biscotti Bites.
After gym I took a short walk, just a few blocks. When I got home I frothed up my usual Nutrisystem Chocolate Turbo Shake. I'm out of bananas so I just kept it pure. Later I had 2 slices of Canadian bacon.
It's raining today (IN JUNE IN CALIFORNIA), strange, anyway, I head a cup of Nutrisystem Tortilla Soup. I still like this and it reminded me I should order more.
I'm getting close to finishing up my 2 week project so I'm jamming and didn't take time for a snack.
There are certain foods I've not had since I started Nutrisystem back in August, 2016. First is real pizza and 2nd is tacos. I LOVE tacos. I could almost live on tacos given their infinite variations. With that in mind I skipped my afternoon snack and planned an early taco dinner. I had 2 tacos and I sacrificed my preference for a fried tortilla; instead I just heated them in the oven.
I passed on a snack given the tacos were wonderful and filling.
After the gym I took a real short, few block walk but I did not walk again so my steps were low for a gym day. I fed my taco craving in a pretty sensible way. I'm looking forward to the weekend. Hope you all have some fun plans. Have a good one!
