I started this day oddly. I had a Nutrisystem Four Cheese Melt. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I have so many lunches to use up. On the upside it's a real stick-to-your-ribs meal.
I had a slice of Canadian bacon and a mug of coffee with 2 tablespoons of real cream. I'm back to my project so it's "sitsville" for me.
I'm such a creature of habit! I made ANOTHER half sandwich with Dave's Killer skinny bread, mayo and the LAST of the leftover steak.
I had about a tablespoon of walnut pieces.
Given I had lunch for breakfast then having breakfast for dinner should not be such a big deal, right? I had 2 strips of extra crisp bacon, 1 egg over easy and 1/2 of a light multi-grain English muffin with an ample slathering of butter.
Somehow I managed to have room for 4 Hershey's Dark Chocolate and Almond nuggets.
Too many calories and not enough exercise makes Jane a chubby girl. Well, not yet but it's not a good trend. I at least got a 40 minute walk in, better than nothing. I can't wait to finish my project so I can spend normal time exercising again. Maybe by next week. Tomorrow is Friday, back to the gym.
