It's early gym day. I made a quick breakfast of Fage 2% Greek yogurt, fresh blackberries and Nutrisystem Granola Cereal. I over-served myself and could not finish it all.
I came back from the gym exhausted and hungry. I only had a short walk after gym. I polished off my usual 1/2 of a Nutrisystem Chocolate Turbo Shake.
About an hour or two later I got snacky and went on a snack rampage. I had 1 piece of light string cheese, 1 slices of steak (about 1/2 ounce) 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and about 1 ounce of sliced, organic, salt free turkey breast. Kind of an odd combination. Then, I went back to work on my project that is going on, and on, and on.
I took a hasty break for lunch later. I heated a Nutrisystem Loaded Potato. Not sure why I bought this again, it's odd. It's one of those meals you reconstitute. I didn't add enough water so although it should have been the consistency of mashed potatoes it was more like thick caulking.
I did it again, another pre-dinner cheese snack. At least this time I had just one cracker and then I had some cheese on my celery. The cheese was a wonderful Gorgonzola, how I love it!
Dinner was a bit more sensible. I had a Nutrisystem Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry and I added some steamed broccolini. I also topped it with a few red pepper flakes. It always looks good and I like all the grains, noodles, etc but it has next to no flavor. Nothing I've tried to date improves it. I need to try some chili garlic paste next time or even oyster sauce.
I had one half of a Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake for dessert.
Gym was good but next to no other exercise, just a short walk. My steps are low each day this week. I'll jump back on the wagon when I finish this DARN project. meanwhile, I'll keep whining! See you tomorrow.
