I heated a Nutrisystem Cinnamon Roll and served it with an egg, scrambled with a little Canadian bacon.
I headed out for a walk before it got too hot. I only went a couple of miles. I spent the rest of the day back on my project.
I had more tuna salad so I had it open face on yet another multigrain light English muffin. I skipped the cheese dome this time.
Oh if only I had good news to report. A wedge of this cheese leapt into my husband's shopping cart and then onto my plate. We shared it with a few crispy crackers.
I could have easily just accepted the cheese as dinner but instead I ate something fairly healthy. I heated the Nutrisystem Chicken Parmesan dinner and served with the last of my salad greens (and a little bit more cheese).
I skipped a snack.
Well I did far less walking than I'd hoped. I did get a few hours of my project in. The task seems insurmountable at times. It will be done eventually but I'm sacrificing my exercise time (that's my story and I'm sticking to it). Hope you all are having a restful weekend. See you Sunday!
