I heated my usual pre-gym Nutrisystem Turkey Sausage and Egg Muffin before I headed out to the gym.
I frothed up another Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake and added 1/2 of a banana. My workout seemed extra tough. I think it was in stark contrast to my lack of activity yesterday. I took a short walk after the gym.
I had some tuna salad made up so I toasted a half of a light multigrain English muffin, topped it with some tuna and a slice of Cheddar. These look like little cheese domes.
I skipped my afternoon snack and decided to go out for a light "appetizer" dinner.
My dinner wasn't quite "as light" as it should have been. I split an order of well-prepared chicken wings. That wasn't so bad but we decided to share some guacamole and chips, that was not the most healthful food choice (but it was good).
I considered the chips and guacamole my "dessert".
I did make it out for another walk in the afternoon but not real far, still didn't hit my 10k goal. My lack of exercise is starting to be a bad habit. Hopefully I'll move a little more this weekend. Hope you all have some fun plans. I'll check back!
