I hastily prepared a bowl of Fage 2% yogurt, a half bag of Nutrisystem Biscotti Bites and some fresh blueberries. I was anxious to dig back into my project.
I stopped about 10am and had a stick of light string cheese.
I stayed pretty minimalist, food-wise for this whole day. I heated a bowl of Nutrisystem Black Beans and Rice (rehydrated). I didn't add quite enough water so it came out a bit thick. I perked it up a little with a few dashes of Tabasco sauce.
I didn't stop for an afternoon snack. I literally did not move out of my chair for most of the day.
I don't know why I bought these again but I don't care for them much, a Nutrisystem Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast. I did make a big salad to go alongside and I added about 1 ounce of blue cheese. I added some fresh cucumber and some nice radishes from my garden.
I got a Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake out of the freezer to thaw but I never ate it.
I made a good dent on my project but I have hours and hours left to go. Sitting all day and not even getting a walk in was not so good. I didn't eat much at least so I didn't compound the problem. Tomorrow is Friday, back to the gym!
