It's my first day back to gym for a week. I bulked up on a Nutrisystem Turkey Sausage and Egg Muffin. I headed out for an early day at the gym.
I had a bit3 of my last piece of leftover bbq chicken and about 1/2 ounce of raw cashews.
I actually tried something new today; a Nutrisystem Turkey Pot Pie Melt. All things considered, it tasted pretty good! My only beef (turkey-wise) is that it needed more vegetables, there were few to be seen. But again, flavor-wise it hit the spot.
After lunch I got another walk in. When I returned I had a half ounce of Toscano salami and 1 stick of light string cheese.
I heated a Nutrisystem Turkey Medallions with Mashed Potatoes and served it with some field greens, olive oil, balsamic and a little Gorgonzola cheese.
I need to stop buying cashew nuts. I'm in a nut rut. I had one ounce +.
I glad I went to the gym and I did get one minor walk in. I didn't hit my step goal. My meals were pretty sensible. Onward and forward!
