With yesterday being a holiday I know I'm going to feel "off" all week. I heated a Nutrisystem Thick Sliced French Toast and scrambled an egg. I had butter and sugar-free maple syrup on the French Toast.
I skipped my morning snack. I was involved in a project and I tend to "over-focus".
And of course I was overly-hungry after over-focusing. I had a small bowl of potato salad leftover from our Memorial Day meal. I also had leftover bbq chicken. I ate half of the chicken shown below. I ate all of the potato salad. I guzzled an iced coffee after.
I had about 7/8 ounce of Toscano Salami. Then, I found a wedge of Gorgonzola in the frig just staring at me. I couldn't cope, so I removed it from the frig, cut off about 3 ounces and shared that along with some crackers. I can't say how many -- too many.
Wow, talk about off track. I didn't compound the problem by eating more so I skipped dinner.
I eventually got hungry so I had a Kirkland Nut Bar, first one of those I've had in a long time.
Well I started out on-track. I did get one 2 mile walk in and that was the only exercise for the day. Tomorrow I'm back at the gym, none too soon. Let's see how that goes! I'll check in tomorrow.
