We hung out our old flag from WWII in honor of all of our family members that have served in World War II, Korean War and Vietnam. Thanks to you all, and all the others too.
Breakfast was a simple cup of coffee (or 2) and a Nutrisystem Cinnamon Roll.
My all-carb breakfast wore off early so I had about 3/4 oz of Toscano salami.
I made a quick sandwich with one slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread, a little mayo and some leftover steak. The meat is all gone now, finally.
I had a stick of light string cheese.
Our Memorial Day dinner was simple. I made bowl of potato salad and grilled some chicken.
I had a few bites of a Nutrisystem Brownie Sundae; just enough to curb my sweet tooth.
I'm really scrimping on exercise. I'm still keeping my nose to the grindstone as I try to complete a project that I'm sure will take weeks. I actually miss going to the gym, it's been a week! Hope you all had a good long weekend. See you Tuesday.
