Today is farmer's market so I made myself a quick breakfast of Nutrisystem Granola Cereal, Fage 2% yogurt and some fresh blueberries.
I didn't get back until close to lunch so I skipped my snack.
I have a new pile of leftovers I'm working on. I only ate 1/4 to 1/3 max of my prime rib the other night so I sliced it and used in a sandwich. I slapped it on a slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread, some mayo, and some salt and pepper. I had a dollop of salad yesterday from the fresh Mex joint so I added a little Bolthouse Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese low cal dressing.
I did some planting in the yard which worked up an appetite so I ate (or, overate) some raw cashew nuts, about 2 ounces.
I heated a Nutrisystem Stuffed Shells entree. I didn't have any vegetable handy so I steamed some frozen peas that were substantially beyond their best by date. They were edible but a little dehydrated.
I had about 3/4 of a Nutrisystem Brownie Sundae. Afterwards I headed out for another walk.
I made an extra effort to hit/exceed my steps for the day. Mostly, I ate pretty well. I did a little more gardening after my dessert and walk. It did feel good to move more today. I hope your Memorial Day Weekend is going well. I'll check back in on Monday.
