I got up early and had another hour of driving before stopping for breakfast. Because it was "shameful" I didn't even take a picture of it. I ordered a breakfast with 2 pancakes, 2 eggs over easy and three thin strips of bacon. I ate everything EXCEPT 1 pancake. The good news is I head out for a really good hike shortly afterward.
I was still out hiking at snack time and I didn't take anything with me to eat (given breakfast was so naughty).
Of course by lunch time I could eat a cow (poor cows). Rather than that, I did share a corned beef sandwich on marble rye with sauerkraut, and some cheese. I only ate half of my half of the sandwich because it was still bigger than need be. I did eat a few, about 8, french fries. And FYI that Bud Light glass is water.
I actually put my feet up and took about a 30 minute nap because I was pretty tired after that hike. That said I napped through snack time.
Dinner out was yet another splurge. We went to a steak house and I had prime rib with vegetables, baked potato and a salad. I didn't even make a dent in the meat. I ate the center out of my baked potato (with the requisite condiments) and I did eat my whole salad. I kept the left over meat to take home for later consumption.
I was far to full to even consider a dessert.
I really didn't eat a lot (except for breakfast) but what I did eat was pretty fatty-fat-fat. I'm glad I can't weigh in the morning because it would be far too depressing. I did get a lot of exercise, over 16k steps, one a half times my goal.
