It's gym day and I'm on a lunch for breakfast kick. I heated a Nutrisystem Steak and Cheese Melt. Then off to the gym I went.
I'm always hungry after gym. I had a fresh cup of coffee with cream and a stick of light string cheese.
I fixed a Nutrisystem Three Cheese Chicken, dehydrated entree. I'm not sure why but I like this.
I skipped my afternoon snack again.
I prepped a package off Nutrisystem Ravioli Formaggio and served half of it with some fresh green beans and a small field greens salad.
We bought some very pretty organic strawberries at the farmer's market today. I sliced them and serve them with a rather healthy dollop of whipped cream.
I'm back on track (more or less) on the Nutrisystem regime. I didn't make my step goal but at least I moved a couple of times today. Hope you all are having a good week. I'll check in tomorrow.
