I decided to have a lunch entree for breakfast because it was handy at the time. I heated a Nutrisystem Pepperoni Pizza Melt. I had my usual couple of cups of coffee.
I took a short walk and had about 1/2 ounce of raw cashew nuts for a quick snack.
I fixed a quick half sandwich with a slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread, about 1 1/4 ounce of left over grilled steak (that's the end of it) and about a teaspoon of mayonnaise.
I didn't take time for a snack but I planned to eat an early dinner.
I had some leftover roasted chicken thighs and the last of my field greens. I topped the greens with the chicken and added about 1/2 ounce of crumbled blue cheese. I dressed the greens with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
I ate dinner fairly early so by mid evening I was a little hungry. Dinner was light so I indulged myself with about 2 ounces of raw cashew nuts.
Aside from one walk and a little yard work, I didn't get much exercise. My meals were pretty healthy, just too many high calorie nuts. Tomorrow is gym day. See you then.
