The last gym day for the week. I served up about 1/2 cup Fage 2% Greek yogurt with about 1/4 cup fresh blueberries and one bag of Nutrisystem Granola Cereral.
After gym I had a 1/2 portion of Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake with 1/2 of a small ripe banana.
I finally took a break and had 1 slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread, 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise and about 2 ounces of my leftover grilled steak.
I was back on my cheese-a-thon. I had a few lavosh crackers with some cheese. The picture depicts serving for 2 of us.
Given my cheese indulgence, I had only 1/2 of a Nutrisystem Whole Wheat Ricotta Crepe, and some chopped red cabbage with some Bolthouse Greek Yogurt blue cheese dressing.
After dinner I got another walk in. Even though I didn't need the calories, when I returned I found the nut jar was too compelling. I had about 1.5 ounces of raw cashew nuts.
I'm glad I exceeded my step goal. I hoped to compensate for my cheese course by having a half portion of my dinner entree but not sure how that will balance out. Tomorrow is Saturday. Hope you all have some fun weekend plans. I'll let you know how I'm doing. See you then!
