I had a little homemade breakfast muffin. I topped 1/2 of a whole wheat, light, English muffin with 1/2 slice of Canadian bacon and 1 slices of cheddar cheese. With that, I headed up to the gym.
I had my usual 1/2 Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake.
I could see that lunch was not going to happen so I had 1 string cheese stick at my desk. I have an early afternoon appointment and I'm playing catch-up on my blog posts. I hate falling behind!
I was at my appointment at snack time. I'll have an early dinner/snack out.
I headed for one of my usual appetizer spots. My husband and I shared a little Pizzetti (a mini pizza for 1), I had 2 pieces. We also shared a chicken quesadilla, I had 2 pieces of that too. After early dinner I walked home. At least I got some decent exercise for the day.
I had enough to eat so I didn't have any additional snack.
I skipped meals and snacks today, not a good habit. I had a more calorie laden dinner than normal but hopefully everything balanced out. I did get all my 10k+ steps in. See you tomorrow!
