I guess Mother's day dinner didn't do me any favors, weight wise. Before I hit the gym I had 1/2 of a Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake with 1/2 of a banana. My next order will arrive soon and I'll have more of my morning pre-gym staples. It was filling and got me through my workout. This was my picture from the day before but it was the same drink.
I sliced off about a 1" x 1/8" piece of steak leftover from dinner yesterday. After that I had a small, about 1/4 cup of Fage 2% Greek yogurt and a few little pieces of chopped walnut. That hit the spot.
I had one slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread, a teaspoon of mayonnaise. I topped my bread slice with another slice of leftover steak, about 1" wide by about 1/4" thick. Probably about 2 ounces.
I'm still doing a daily cheese and cracker snack. I wish I hated cheese.
For dinner I heated a Nutrisystem Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast. I served it with a little field greens salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
I did take a second walk after dinner. And for that I rewarded myself with 1/2 of a Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake.
Gym was torture as usual. I did get 2 extra walks in. Aside from the naughty cheese plate I didn't do too badly, food wise. I'll check in tomorrow.
