I didn't have a lot to fix and I was just not in an egg mood. I fixed 1/2 of a Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake with 1/2 of a ripe banana. This was pretty filling. I'm not sure I love, love the chocolate/banana flavor combo but it was healthy.
I had a light stick of string cheese. Then I went out for a walk.
We decided given the day seemed fairly warm to eat a lunch/dinner combination outside, early, before it chilled down. I grilled a Chateaubriand, made some horseradish cream sauce and baked a sweet potato. I also steamed some fresh green beans. I even picked some flowers from the garden to adorn the table a little. I only ate half of my potato and I did add about about 2 teaspoons of butter.
My dear husband decide it was a good idea to buy Hershey's Nuggets which are little bits of chocolate with almond. Some milk chocolate, some, dark. I had 3 pieces of the dark with almond. Again nowhere on the Nutrisystem grocery list will you see Hershey's Nuggets **sigh**.
I wish I could have reported I took an extra walk and got all my steps in. Fat chance! Tomorrow is Monday and I'll hit the gym, which by the way does little for weight loss but it does help tone and helps to make me feel less guilty.
