I fried my last slice of bacon and served it with a scrambled egg and 1/2 of of a whole wheat light English muffin. And yes, I had a couple of cups of coffee too.
I was hungry come snack time. Not sure why given I've had a sedentary morning so far. I topped a slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread with a teaspoon of mayonnaise and Diestal Roast Turkey, salt free. I gave it a healthy sprinkling of kosher salt and ground pepper.
I heated a Nutrisystem Pepperoni Pizza Melt and served it with some radishes and a small slice of avocado.
I don't know why I was hungry but I was and so I ate about 1 ounce of raw cashew nuts. I finally headed out for a walk
I purchased some snow peas the other day. I sauteed those with a little olive oil, minced fresh garlic and a little salt. I added the snow peas to a heated Nutrisystem Chicken and Vegetable Stir-fry entree. I also made a little radish sprout salad with a few small crumbles of Gorgonzola cheese.
I had enough calories for the day but ice cream sounded good. I had a Nutrisystem Chocolate Brownie Sundae These are pretty good
So exercise was too low and calories too high. That said I ate very healthy. Tomorrow is gym day and I'm looking forward to the weekend already. Hope you all have a great day. I'll check back in tomorrow.
