I've consumed most all of my Nutrisystem breakfasts so all that was left was a Nutrisystem Cinnamon Roll. This is not my first choice for gym day. I had a little Fage 2% Greek yogurt and a few blackberries. It was filling enough. I don't like going to the gym on a "full stomach".
I had a Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake when I got back from the gym. I didn't bother messing with the espresso powder this time, maybe tomorrow.
Later I had a cup of coffee with 1 tablespoon real cream and a stick of low fat string cheese.
I heated a Nutrisystem Steak and Cheese Melt and served with my usual field greens salad, olive oil and balsamic. I headed out for a walk and made my 10k step goal.
And this is where my day went south. I blame my husband. He grocery shopped and brought home a wedge of Gorgonzola cheese, a perfect, wonderful cheese. We ate bite after bite with simple water crackers.
The good news, if there is any to be had, I didn't make any additional dinner
Thank heavens I didn't do any further damage.
So going with the good news first I exceeded my step goal for the day by 3k steps. Two out of three meals were pretty good. Ok so 2 out of three ain't bad? Hopefully skipping dinner and dessert will make up for the afternoon snack / cheese-a-thon. This is NOT the Nutrisystem plan. This is what happens to humans not always following a plan. I'll catch up tomorrow.
