I had an appointment to get to so I had to rush breakfast. I had a slice of Nutrisystem Thick French Toast with a little butter and sugar free maple syrup. Of course I had a couple cups of coffee too.
I was still at my appointment at snack time so it came and went without me.
So, small breakfast, no snack I was famished by lunch time. I needed a walk so I walked into town and had lunch at our local fresh Mex place. I usually have the salad with mesquite grilled chicken but the Tres Tacos just were too compelling. These are little tacos, the tortillas about about 4". They really put a lot of meat on them today. I ate some of the tortilla but left about half and I ate the meat. These came with a little container of beans which I did not eat.
I had about an ounce of cheese and about 4 lavosh crackers with seeds.
I put the last of the Coq au Vin in freezer containers for another day and I kept one portion out for me for dinner. I didn't make a salad. It was just a small piece of chicken breast meat. I always cut each breast half in half again because they are so crazy huge. Even a 1/4 breast is more than enough.
I was sufficiently full after dinner but later in the evening, somehow, about 6 Hershey's almond kisses flew into my mouth. My chocolate addiction reared it's ugly head once again.
At least I got one walk in but was 3k short of my daily 10k goal. Tomorrow I hit the gym again hopefully make up for it. I'm feeling offtrack with eating. I'm having too many "on my own" meals. I will attempt to mend my errant ways tomorrow. See you then!
