I made a quick breakfast of 1/2 cup Fage 2% Greek yogurt with a few blueberries and 1/2 package of Nutrisystem Biscotti Bites.
After gym I made my Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake but this time I tried a little variation. I added about 1 teaspoon of instant espresso powder. Normally espresso powder kicks up the chocolate flavor but in this case it seemed to accentuate the bitterness from the Stevia sweetener. Next time I'll add a little vanilla extract which should help balance out the flavors; we shall see.
I heated a Nutrisystem Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I did my usual field greens salad thing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and kosher salt. I spritzed a little mustard on the chicken.
I had about 1 ounce of raw cashew nuts.
Given I ordered an abundance of Nutrisystem Turkey Medallions and Mashed Potatoes dinners, I heated one tonight for dinner. Additionally, I had radish sprouts from my garden. I dressed those with a little olive oil, kosher salt and a tiny bit of crumbled blue cheese.
I passed on a dessert or snack again this evening given I've been a bit off track at dinner time the last couple of days.
I exceeded (slightly) my 10k step goal and I was workout day. My meals were pretty good all things considering. I was busy today but for the most part I was sitting, still. Hope you all had a great Monday, I'll check back tomorrow.
