I had a quick bowl of Nutrisystem Granola Cereal with my Fage 2% Greek Yogurt. I broke a walnut half over the yogurt for a little extra protein.
I frothed my Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake. This are really nice in the warmer weather.
I was out walking and stopped at our local fresh-Mex place. I had a salad with mesquite grilled chicken. I ate about 3/4 and took the rest home.
I was still full from lunch. I just had a tall glass of iced coffee (black) for a snack. Later, before dinner I made a little cheese and crackers for 1. I had 4 crackers and about 1/2 ounce of cheddar cheese.
Lunch was pretty filling so I wanted a light dinner. I heated a Nutrisystem Steak and Cheese Melt and served it with a little field greens salad with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
I had a few raw cashew nuts (about 1 ounce) plus 3 Hershey miniature chocolates. This is not exactly on the Nutrisystem approved plan.
I came so close to my step goal but I was just too lazy to go back out for a walk in the dark. Maybe my weight won't notice I shorted my exercise (haha!). My calories were too high, 1200 + is a maintenance calorie level, not a weight loss level. Hope you're all having a good week. See you tomorrow, after gym!
