This is my gym day staple breakfast, the Nutrisystem Turkey Sausage and Egg Muffin. I didn't take the time to add anything to it.
I'm always a little hungry after gym. I had my usual 1/2 of a Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake.
I still had some of the tuna salad I made up from the other day so I served a little of it on a slice off Dave's Killer skinny bread. I served it with a glass of iced coffee.
Once again my afternoon snack was an early dinner appetizer. The picture below shows cheese and crackers for 2. Less than an ounce of cheese each and about 3 seeded crackers each.
I made a simple field greens salad with about a tablespoon of Bolthouse Greek Yogurt blue cheese dressing with a few radish slices. I also heated a Nutrisystem Broccoli and Cheese stuffed Chicken Breast.
Dinner was light so I decided to enjoy a Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake. This is still one off my favorite Nutrisystem desserts.
I got a short walk in after my workout and another later in the day so I exceeded my 10k step goal for the day. My meals seemed kind of skimpy for the day but I was never hungry.
