I had half package of Nutrisystem Buttermilk Waffles, one egg scrambled and one slice of Canadian bacon. After breakfast I walked to the farmer's market for eggs and some fresh vegetables.
I was gardening but I did take a short break and had a cup of fresh coffee with real cream.
I made some tuna salad last night and it sounded great come lunch time. I've been out in the garden all morning. I had one slice of Killer Dave's skinny bread.
I'm going to be having dinner with friends this evening so I decided to forego my snack.
It was nice to join friends for dinner but calories are tough to track. We had a nice salad with butter lettuce, goat cheese, avocado, and fresh raspberries. The main dish was braised short ribs with root vegetables with a side of green beans.
There was a little ice cream for dessert and I gave most of that to my husband.
I spent a good portion of the day in the garden. I took a couple of walks too so I ha over 17k steps (7K over my goal!). Dinner was good but I didn't go crazy. Tomorrow is gym day once again. Hope you all had a great weekend! See you Monday.
