It's Saturday so we headed over to the beach for some breakfast and a Costco run. I had my usual half of a half sandwich on baguette with a little Swiss Cheese, and ham and thin pork. It had a very light slathering of Chipotle Mayonnaise too. It looks kind of messy torn apart but it sure tastes good! I got a nice walk in too at the beach.
I didn't get back in time for a morning snack so I just had lunch.
I gathered the last of my field greens in a bowl and added some Bolthouse Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing. Then I heated a Nutrisystem Pepperoni Pizza Melt.
My afternoon snack was really my dinner appetizer. I had a couple small slices of Parmesan cheese and 3 little crackers. The portion shown below was for 2 of us.
Costco had some very nice ahi so I made blackened ahi with a soy mustard sauce and I cooked some farro too. I didn't have anything "green" so I had a couple slices of red bell pepper.
I wasn't hungry after dinner but later I had a Nutrisystem Fudge Bar (100 calories).
I ended up getting more exercise than I realized yesterday. I had some Nutrisystem meals and some just on my own. It was a nice Saturday. See you Sunday.
