Nutrisystem Boot Camp Week Repeat - Day 7

Weight Loss: +1 (-28.6 lb loss total to date) wow, I can't get ahead!
Most my meals today are meal replacement bars. Somehow I mixed up the bars and had my lunch for breakfast. I ate a Nutrisystem Trail Mix Bar, which tasted OK. I had it along with a big mug of black coffee.
I had my Nutrisystem Chocolate Turbo Shake at about 10:30. So far I still have not had walk yet today.
I'm having my Nutrisystem Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola Bar (my breakfast) for lunch.
Of course I had my Nutrisystem NutriCrush Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar for my snack. At least for dinner I'll have something that is not a "bar".
Not that I had a choice but my last dinner entree was the Nutrisystem Chili With Beans. This is really pretty good. I added a splash of Chipotle hot sauce. I also made a field greens salad with radishes and a little red bell pepper.
Keeping my calories low I did not have any dessert or snack although I could have had some fresh vegetables.
This was the last day of my boot camp repeat. It was not a resounding success. I lost about 2 lbs but I still did not get back down to my lowest I've been since August 2016. I got a couple of walks in but didn't make my 10k goal. Tomorrow is gym day. I am looking forward to a less limited menu. Hope you all have some fun weekend plans. See you Friday.
