Nutrisystem Boot Camp Week Repeat - Day 5

Well the weight going up 4/10 of a pound was a little demoralizing. Nevertheless I picked myself up, dusted myself off, made some coffee and ate a Nutrisystem Blueberry Lemon Baked Bar. I don't know why meal replacement bars bother me so much. I think it's just because it seems like such a pathetic little breakfast. Maybe I just need an attitude adjustment!
Around 10:30 I drug our my huge blender and frothed up my Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake. These are so good and I've "almost" gotten used to the that little Stevia bitter-sweetness I can detect. These are the most "chocolaty" tasting of any protein drink I've tried.
My choices are narrow so I selected yet another meal replacement bar. I opted for the Nutrisystem Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar (not to be confused with the Peanut Butter Chocolate bar I'll be having as my afternoon snack).
So in honor of meal replacement bar day, and like a good little soldier, I downed my Nutrisystem Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar with a fresh cup of black coffee.
I selected the Nutrisystem Hearty Beef Stew for dinner. I didn't even make a salad, too lazy tonight but I did slice some thick rings of red bell pepper. These are really good!
This was a day that couldn't end soon enough (long story). I skipped a snack and went to bed early.
I got a couple of short walks in but didn't make my goal. My calories were pretty low for the day. Days were I eat meal replacement bars all day are not very fulfilling. I'm trying to eat them on days I don't work out. I only have a couple more days of the 7 day plan so I'll have more food options starting Friday. Hope you're having a good week.
