Nutrisystem Boot Camp Week Repeat - Day 4

That said is was adequately filling and got me through my workout.
Around 10:15 I had my Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake. These are filling for at least an hour and a half or so. If I weren't so lazy I could eat some vegetables later if I get hungry before lunch. I took off for another walk before lunch. I went a little less than 2 miles.
I heated a little tub of Nutrisystem Bean and Ham Soup. I still order this every once in awhile, it's pretty good, flavorful. I served it with another field greens salad with about 1 tablespoon Bolthouse Greek yogurt blue cheese dressing. I added a little scallion and grape tomatoes.
I had to take a short walk to do an errand but it was enough that I've racked up over 12k steps for the day. Woo hoo!! When I got back I had my usual afternoon cup of coffee and my Nutrisystem NutriCrush Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar.
I've put off trying this entree for a few days. This is the Nutrisystem Tuscan Inspired Pasta. I read the reviews the other day and it does not sound good BUT we shall see, you never know. I'm having another big field green salad with some red bell pepper and the same Bolthouse Greek Yogurt blue cheese dressing (just a little).
So the verdict on the Tuscan Inspired Pasta? I think the creator of this dish needs a quick visit to Tuscany for some fresh inspiration. I didn't care for this dish. It was quite bland with some little meat bits that tasted like tiny pea-sized meat balls. The beans were fine but the pasta was very soft and mushy. If I had some canned tomatoes, or stewed tomatoes or anything like that I'd have added them, it may have helped. The salad was good!
I wasn't hungry after dinner but i did go outside and pull a few weeds. I had a cup of coffee and later a few more glasses of water.
Gym was tough today but nothing new there. All my meals were OK with the exception of my dinner entree. It's just one meal so, oh well. I got well over my 10k step goal (over 13k!). I've lost 2.6lbs since Friday, not bad. See you all tomorrow!
