Nutrisystem Boot Camp Week Repeat - Day 3

I really notice I'm hungry when I wake up in the morning. I love morning coffee but I don't like to wait more than an hour before I eat. I finally ate a Nutrisystem Cinnamon Raisin Baked Bar with my 2nd cup of coffee. Later I walked to town to the farmer's market and purchased some fresh produce so I can have a little more to eat other than the daily pre-made foods.
After I got back from my walk and did another errand I frothed my now-daily Nutrisystem TurboShake (chocolate). It's nice to have this because otherwise I'd be pretty hungry even before lunch time comes around. I think today I'll have an interim salad or other vegetable snack.
I looked back at the first few days of my "boot camp week". In the Turbo10 plan they had you drink 2 protein drinks a day, one as you morning snack, one as your afternoon snack. That seemed to be a lot more filling than the meal replacement bar they offer this time. I guess that's worthy of some feedback to Nutrisystem.
Before lunch I took another walk down to the grocery store (which is pretty close). I browsed around for "no calorie salad dressing". I didn't find even one but glad I didn't. I can only imagine the ingredients. I'll continue on my own for salad dressing for the week.
I only have 2 more Nutrisystem lunch meals that are not just "meal replacement bars". They must have changed this for a reason. All I can think of is that feedback suggests to them that people like the bars over the other foods. With that in mind I'm having a simple field greens salad for lunch with some kosher salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar, no oil. After I had another cup of coffee and a Nutrisystem Fudge Graham Bar. The bar tasted pretty good but still has that granular, dried bug, texture.
I had my usual NutriCrush Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar for my snack.
I'm already noticing that by adding the vegetables I'm a lot less hungry. I prepped another salad for dinner. This time I used 1 tablespoon of the BoltHouse Greek Yogurt blue cheese dressing (2 tablespoons = 35 calories). I can't imagine 17 calories is going to make or break a diet. I also heated a Nutrisystem Chicken Alfredo dinner. These don't have a lot of flavor. I tried adding a dusting of nutmeg and a couple pinches of hot chile flakes.
I've not been good about drinking water today so I'm trying to catch up. Based on that I'm too full for even a vegetable snack.
I'm getting into the swing of things with this boot camp redo. I got all my steps in plus 2k. Tomorrow is gym day. Hope you all had a good weekend. See you tomorrow.
