Weight Loss: -x (-27.3 lb loss total to date) didn't weigh - figured I had enough disappoint for a couple of days.
I had an early morning meeting so I made a quick scrambled egg, half of a whole wheat English muffin and a little butter. I partook of my usual couple of cups of black coffee.
During my meeting I had another cup of coffee, this time with cream. Later I had a stick of string cheese and a Nutrisystem Turbo Chocolate Shake. Oh, which reminds me my Nutrisystem order arrived today so I start "boot camp" tomorrow.
I fixed a quick Nutrisystem Steak and Cheese Melt. My vegetable inventory is low so I just have a few leaves of Belgium endive with a little Bolthouse Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese dressing.
I headed out for a walk, finally around 2:00. I skipped a snack but started prepping for an early dinner.
I thawed a couple small pieces of steak (not tiny but not huge either) early today. I grilled it with some simple BBQ sauce and served with a little sauteed spinach.
I wasn't going to have dessert but for whatever reason I was hungry so I ate about an ounce of raw cashew nuts.
My exercise was minimal today so not even close to 10k. My meals were pretty sensible all in all. My steak was about 6 ounces so that's about 2 ounces more than I should have had. Tomorrow is Boot Camp. I'll report back then.
