Back to the gym this morning so I fixed my daily Fage 2% Greek yogurt with half of a banana. I'm in a food rut.
I took a very short, just a few blocks, walk after gym. I came back with an appetite and I never did taste the berry pie from Easter Dinner. I cut a tiny slice and devoured it with some fresh coffee.
I'm still working on my leftover chicken thighs so I made another 1/2 sandwich with Dave's Killer skinny bread, chicken, mayonnaise, kosher salt and pepper.
I had 3 little Castelvetrano olives. Later I had a stick of low cal string cheese.
I made a small slice of leftover lasagna and heated it. The rest I packed up and froze to enjoy at a later time. I had one small slice of warm baguette with about 2 teaspoons of butter.
The lasagna was filling but I felt a little hungry later on (I ate an early dinner). I had about a ounce of raw cashew nuts.
I now realized that I've learned how to maintain my weight. I've decided to restart my Nutrisystem regime so I can go back into weight-loss mode rather than maintenance mode. I should have that order sometime next week. Until then, I'll be fending for myself.
