Sunday April 16, 2017 Happy Easter! Total Steps 6608 (walk only) Total Calories: Not tracked Water Intake: Not tracked Weight Loss: x (-27.7 lb loss total to date) didn't weigh
I have all the Easter morning tasks to do, mostly cooking so I made breakfast brief. I placed a dollop (about a half cup) of Fage 2% Greek yogurt in a bowl and add about 1/2 of a medium banana, sliced. I forgot to buy berries at the grocery store.
I had too much to do to take time for a snack although I did "nibble" as I assembled my lasagna and prepped my Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms for an appetizer.
I planned an early dinner so we skipped lunch.
My Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms were our appetizer. Here they are right before they were popped in the oven.
Easter dinner was simple. I made a big lasagna (something I don't typically eat much of) a green salad and crusty bread and butter.
I was far too full for dessert. Everyone else had berry pie and vanilla bean ice cream.
Celebration days are a lot of work, even when you keep it simple. Most of my exercise was walking around cooking and serving. Hope you all had a wonderful Easter. Tomorrow I hit the gym. See you then!
