I made myself a breakfast egg muffin. I toasted half a whole wheat light English muffin, topped it with 1/2 egg, scrambled, a slice of Canadian bacon and 1/2 ounce of cheddar cheese. This was about 194 calories.
I didn't have a snack but I did get a walk in.
I heated a Nutrisystem Hamburger and topped it with some lettuce and sriracha sauce.
My life is not yet back to normal so I used this as an excuse to eat something I know I had no business eating, cheese and crackers. The good news is it tasted great.
My husband at some pizza last night and brought half home (just a little individual pizza) There were 4 little slices left so I heated it and we shared that for dinner.
I was still hungry later so I had about an ounce of raw cashew nuts.
I'm working on trying to get the business stuff caught up. My brain has not caught up yet. I'm looking forward to the weekend.
