I created my own breakfast muffin with 1/2 of a whole wheat light English muffin, a slice of Canadian bacon, 1/2 of a scrambled egg and 1/2 ounce cheddar cheese.
I had a half of a small banana which I wanted to eat before it decayed in my fruit basket.
I didn't exactly knock myself out but I fixed a half sandwich using up the last of my leftover chicken breast, a slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread, a teaspoon of mayonnaise and some lettuce. I topped the chicken with a little kosher salt and pepper.
Sadly I downed about 1 3/4 ounces of raw cashew nuts. That's my punishment for not taking time to have a more filling lunch.
I put two servings of my leftover Turkey Eggplant Chili in the freezer and I heated the last serving for dinner. I topped with a little shredded cheddar cheese and a dousing of Chipotle hot sauce.
Dinner seemed light and I was hungry so I had one half of a Kirkland Nut Bar.
I didn't get much exercise just a walk about 2 miles. My meals were pretty conservative, mostly leftovers. Tomorrow is gym day. I'll let you know if the scale has anything friendly to report in the morning.
