I braved it and weighed today, no comment beyond that. I did grab a quick breakfast before heading out to the gym. I slung some Fage 2% yogurt in a bowl and topped it with a few fresh blueberries.
The gym seemed really tough today, even for a Monday. I'm hungry so I heated up the last of the ham slice. I didn't care for this product at all so I'm glad I've used it up. I also added a couple slices of leftover chicken breast.
I still had a few Nutrisystem foods let so I heated at Nutrisystem Pepperoni Pizza melt and a side of field greens with my usual olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and kosher salt.
I had about a quarter ounce of walnuts. I also made it out for a walk.
I was really in the mood for some fresh fish. We bought some wild-caught salmon which I pan grilled. I also sauteed some broccolini and I steamed some farro with dried cranberries and a little garlic.
I was nicely full after dinner so I didn't want any snack or dessert.
I was glad to get all my exercise in an otherwise stressful day. I really enjoyed dinner. Hope you all are prepared for a good week. I'll be checking in again tomorrow.
