I sliced half a small banana, heated about 2 ounces of ham, and toasted a half slice of whole wheat light English muffin. I topped the muffin with about a teaspoon of butter. I washed it all down with a couple of mugs of coffee.
I made it out for a walk and snacked on about an ounce of raw cashew nuts and a slice of leftover chicken.
I fixed an open face sandwich with a slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread, some slices of leftover chicken and a little mayo.
I was a little hungry so I had a stick of low fat string cheese and about 3/4 ounce of raw cashew nuts.
I was too lazy to cook so I had a small serving, about 1 cup of Turkey Eggplant Chili from yesterday. I shredded a little cheddar to top of the chili and added splash of Chipotle hot sauce.
I had a few mint chocolate covered almonds. I'm sure it was 200 calories worth.
Aside from my walk I didn't move much today. I can't believe it is Sunday already and gym day tomorrow. Hopefully I can get even more on track with meals tomorrow Hope you all had a great weekend. I'll see you on Monday.
