I wanted to at least attempt to eat well today. I had a scrambled egg, fried a slice of bacon, sliced some fresh papaya and had a half of a whole wheat light English muffin with a about 1 teaspoon of butter.
I headed out for my one and only walk for the day. I'm still spending most of my time troubleshooting all of yesterday's mess. If I ate a snack, I didn't picture it or write it down.
I worked through lunch.
I ate a few raw cashew nuts. I plan on doing a little "stress cooking" for dinner.
It was still a little rainy so I felt like doing some cooking. I made some eggplant turkey chili for dinner. I served it with a little finely shredded cheddar cheese.
I had a slice of this cream cheese flan -- a small slice because I'm just not that big of a fan of flan.
Progress was made on business woes. I didn't pig out on my stress cooking, although it was tempting. I hope I'll be back to some level of normalcy tomorrow. This remains to be seen. Until then, hope you all are having a peaceful weekend.
