I was in my usual gym-day rush. I only took enough time for about 1/2 cup of Fage 2% yogurt and 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries.
I took a small walk after the gym. I headed back to my desk in time for all hell to break loose on the website. My web server had a meltdown. I can't/won't go into detail but suffice to say the rest of my day went south really fast. There was no snack time.
Stopping for lunch was not an option.
Ditto, no snack.
Sadly there was little for me to do but fret. I did get out for a couple of walks in an attempt to stay sane. In the evening when I HAD TO EAT, something we went out and shared a couple little appetizers. Not the healthiest but could have been worse. We got an order of 2 little beef sliders and each had one. We also split an order of truffled french fries.
I ended up rushing away from the last of those fries because in the chaos I realized I committed to going to a friend's art show. This was for the best and better than sitting around fretting my website woes.
This was one lousy day. I could have certainly done worse food-wise but hopefully I held my own, weight wise. I ended up exceeding my step goal, something to be happy about. I'll update more when my software is back up and running.
