Despite my weight being up I decide to make a lumberjack breakfast. I had a slice of crisp bacon, a fried egg and a half of a light whole wheat English muffin with about a teaspoon of butter. I even put a splash of cream in my 2nd cup of coffee.
We found a decent mango at the store today so I had some sliced mango, a great tasting fruit.
I made another 1/2 turkey sandwich on my usual Dave's Killer skinny bread with a little mayonnaise, salt and pepper. After that I had a cup of fresh coffee with 1/2 of a Nutrisytem Fudge Brownie.
I shared an appetizer plate with a few little Panzanella Rosemary crackers, a little Parmesan cheese and some little squares of ham. This plate shows 2 servings.
My first artichoke from the garden was ready to eat. I steamed it and had the leaves with a little mayonnaise. I also had some leftover roasted chicken breasts so I had a few slices.
Later in the evening I had a Kirkland Nut Bar 210 calories.
With no gym and only one walk I didn't come even close to my step goal. I tried to keep my calories down and I did pretty well. Back to the gym tomorrow. See you all then!
