I had breakfast late. I scrambled an egg with a little bit of cubed ham and served it with half of a whole wheat light English muffin and a little butter.
I skipped my morning snack, just lost track of time.
I topped a slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread with about a teaspoon of mayonnaise, about 1 3/4 ounces of Diestal no salt turkey breast and some salt and pepper. I had a half of a bag of Nutrisystem BBQ Snack-a-rounds.
I'm back on my cheese habit. I had about 6 little crackers and about an ounce of Bleu cheese.
I poached some chicken breasts (no skin) cooled and shredded it. I served it atop field greens with some sliced beets, a little more blue cheese and some raw sunflower seed kernels.
Given I overdid the cheese earlier I skipped an additional dessert or snack.
I never got out for a 2nd walk so my steps were way short of my goal. I head back to the gym tomorrow and hopefully catch a walk after. Hope your week is going well. I'll check back in tomorrow.
