I threw together a very quick breakfast because I have to hit the gym early. I had about 2/3 cup Fage 2% Greek yogurt with about 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries were are really good this year. I also had a half of a package of Nutrisystem Vanilla Shortbread Cookies.
I had an appointment right after the gym so I had to skip my snack
My appointment took longer than I thought so I had a small snack and skipped lunch. I made a half sandwich with a little leftover steak from the night before (about 1 1/2 ounces) on Dave's Killer skinny bread with about a teaspoon of mayonnaise.
I had about 6 little crackers and about 1 1/2 ounces of Bay Blue Cheese.
I needed to use up some "old" Nutrisystem MRE style dinners so I heated a Nutrisystem Fiesta Mac and Cheese. I tried to improve it by topping it with some tiny cubes of ham and I melted some very finely shredded cheddar cheese. This is probably one of the worst Nutrisystem foods I ever tried. I made a quick field greens salad, the only good thing I ate.
I was full enough after dinner that I didn't want any dessert or snack.
Between the gym and a couple other good walks I met and exceeded by step goal for the day. My meals weren't too thrilling but I didn't starve. It's a new week, see you tomorrow!
