We hit the road early again after a short walk. I had some "light" strawberry yogurt (about 50 calories) and a half of a banana.
Morning snack was some coffee with cream and about 4 bites of Key Lime Pie (as part of the "best" Key Lime Pie quest.
Lunch didn't really happen but there was one more piece of Key Lime Pie. I had coffee and a couple of bites. I've reached the pie saturation point.
I was road weary but eventually decided something to eat was in order. I tried to select a place with reasonable food but it didn't work out that way. I had some crispy calamari which was not horrible. I shared part of a wedge salad that had nothing fresh on it including lettuce, tomatoes, bacon (very bad) and crumbled blue cheese, that part was not bad. The photos make it look better than it was.
I was sufficiently full after all that so I skipped dessert.
It was a long day and I did get a little walking in, here and there but not close to my 10k goal. I'll be traveling a lot in the next few days so it will probably get worse not better. I'll be back in touch!
