I had a "hotel" breakfast. A little egg, a half of a waffle and some coffee with half and half. I wolfed that down then hit the road. I was in for a very long drive.
It wasn't worth the time to have to get off the road so I skipped a snack.
Lunch was more coffee and a couple bites of Key Lime Pie.
Again, snack didn't happen.
This meal made up for the lack of most meals today. It was one of the best meals I had while out of town. I had a very fresh greens salad. My main course was Gulf shrimp, served over a bed of mashed potatoes then topped with sauteed greens. I didn't eat it all but I could have!.
I was so full already I just gave the pie one bite.
The day was taken up by many hours of driving. I did get some decent walking in once we reached our destination and just fell short of my 10k step goal. There will be more driving tomorrow. See you then!
