I was on the road for hours so snack time came and went.
I try to use leftovers whenever possible. I had a slightly nibbled-on chicken thigh and an orange I nabbed this morning. I split this rather meager meal with my husband.
Again, on the road, no snacks to be had.
Dinner looked and tasted better than my pics portrayed. I had a very nice field greens salad with a little bleu cheese dressing on the side (I never eat more than half). I had local shrimp drenched in garlic, cilantro and butter. I tried to dry the butter off the shrimp, peel them, then dip the very tips back in the garlicy goodness. I couldn't eat them all but I did bring about half with me to enjoy tomorrow.
No way I had room for dessert.
I'm woefully short on steps today. My meals were "OK" but not great calorie-wise. I didn't even have that many meals. Nevertheless I don't anticipate great news on the scale in the morning. I'll make an effort if possible tomorrow to get more walking in. Hope you all had a great Monday. See you tomorrow!
