I brought a few Nutrisystem foods with me. I had a bag of Nutrisystem Oatmeal Cranberry bites for breakfast with a couple cups of hot coffee.
I found a Starbucks and had an iced coffee with real cream.
Lunch was late and it became lunch and dinner. It was a huge amount of food. I read about a place with a reputation for serving good fried chicken. This was certainly not diet food but I enjoyed it. The portions were huge so I took more home than I ate. I did have a small dinner salad, 1 fried chicken leg, a few bites of the mashed potatoes and gravy (not that good) and a few bites of cherry pie, which was pretty good but I liked the chicken more.
Oh and I did have a big bite of this banana cream pie. Excellent (but still not as good as my mom's).
Lunch was so late I didn't even think about a snack.
I did eat a cold fried chicken wing in the evening when I got a little hungry.
I was in the car a lot today so I didn't get close to my step goal for the day. I only ate a couple of meals but lunch had a lot of calories even though I didn't eat a lot of it. The calories were worth the splurge. I'll check back in as soon as I can.
