I was traveling again so I didn't have a snack.
We were in a remote location and pickings were slim. We split this cheese steak sandwich. I ate about 1/3 and a few of the fries. I also had a few bites of the cole slaw.
We skipped a snack and headed out for something for a light dinner.
We shared a small appetizer of "spicy" chicken wings. The good news is they were not overly sugary. We also split a quesadilla which was good but all that cheese, pretty high in calorie.
I didn't add insult to injury and have dessert.
I got some walking in today but not a whole lot. Most of the day was traveling or other sitting activities. I'm not making the best food choices but I'm not doing really badly.
