I took time to make a little breakfast. I just scrambled an egg with some fresh scallions and toasted 1/2 of a whole wheat English muffin. I had a big cup of coffee of course too.
Breakfast was late so I just had a cup of coffee with cream for a snack.
My activity for the day did not quite pan out. My sister gave me a tip for some good BBQ so i aborted my plans and headed out for some BBQ. My husband and I shared a combo plate which we dutifully scarfed down. Sorry no pics. I don't like to make a spectacle of picture taking so I had to pass.
Lunch was late so I skipped a snack.
Lunch was really dinner so I just wanted something light. My husband I split a burger, no fries or extras except some cheddar on the burger, a dollop of cole slaw and a half dill pickle.
I did have a half of a Kirkland Nut Bar for Dessert.
I still didn't get much exercise today. Breakfast was fairly low cal and lunch and dinner were moderated. I just didn't work off many calories. Let's see how tomorrow goes.
