Meals were much better today but I did skip breakfast. I was rushing around and did not have time.
This did not happen either.
I haven't eaten Chinese food in ages but my sister treated me to some. I kept my portions small, lots of carbs. I had some General someones?? chicken, some Lo Mien and some pork fried rice. Thanks sis!
I skipped a snack because I was going to make an early dinner.
I was in a meat mood so I pan grilled a small steak and steamed some broccoli.
I had 2 bites of Cherry Garcia ice cream.
Exercise and meals were pretty minimal and I see that as a good thing. Hopefully I'll get on track with some exercise tomorrow. I'll check in again then!
